White Chocolate Lime Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 200 g biscuits - 75 g butter
- 2 packs of white chocolate-lime quark
- 2 packs of crème fraîche
- 1 egg
- ½ dl sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons potato starch
Instructions
1. Crush the biscuits in a food processor until fine. 2. Mix the melted butter into the biscuit crumbs and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. In a bowl, combine the white chocolate-lime quark, crème fraîche, egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, and potato starch, and mix well until smooth.
4. Pour the filling over the biscuit base.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
6. Allow the cake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least a few hours before serving.
