A quick and delicious pasta dish perfect for weekdays or weekend indulgence.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 250 g fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some of the pasta water.
2. Rinse the mushrooms and slice them. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are golden brown and the moisture has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the mushroom mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little reserved pasta water.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
