Garlic Baked Salmon

A delicious and healthy salmon recipe infused with garlic and lemon. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g salmon fillet
- 0.5 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 small garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish.
3. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the salmon.
4. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon onto the salmon and slice the remaining lemon to place alongside it.
5. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon.
6. Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the salmon.
7. Bake the salmon in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Serve with potatoes or a salad.
