Ingredients:
- 500 g white asparagus
- 1 onion
- 2 potatoes
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel the white asparagus and cut it into pieces. Chop the onion and potatoes.
2. Heat the butter in the Philips SourMaker and add the onion. Sauté until soft.
3. Add the asparagus and potatoes, mixing well.
4. Pour in the vegetable broth and close the lid of the device. Select the soup program and let it cook.
5. Once the soup is ready, stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
