Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. Stir in the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes. The cake should remain slightly moist in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, dust it with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
