Ingredients:

- 3-4 ripe apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sugar and stir until it begins to caramelize.
3. Add the apple slices to the skillet and cook until they soften and color, about 5-7 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, vanilla sugar, baking powder, salt, and all-purpose flour until smooth.
5. Pour the batter over the caramelized apple mixture in the skillet.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Invert the pancake onto a serving plate and serve warm.
