A delicious caramelized apple tart with a flaky pastry, perfect for dessert.

Serving Size: Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 small sheets of puff pastry
- 70 g butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 4-5 small apples
Instructions:
1. Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut each apple into quarters.
2. Melt the butter in an oven-proof pan over medium heat.
3. Add the brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Remove the pan from the heat and arrange the apple quarters in the butter-sugar mixture, with the rounded side facing down.
5. Sprinkle the raisins over the apple quarters.
6. Cover the apples with the puff pastry sheets, pressing down gently.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
8. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a moment.
9. Carefully flip the cake onto a serving plate so that the apples are facing up.
10. Serve warm.
