A tasty and nutritious cabbage patty, perfect for those following a vegetarian diet. Easy to prepare and great as a main dish or a side.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g cabbage
- 1 dl rice
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
2. Finely chop the cabbage, onion, and garlic.
3. Sauté the onion and garlic in oil until they are soft.
4. In a bowl, mix together the cabbage, rice, sautéed onions, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
5. Shape the mixture into patties.
6. Fry the patties in oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve warm, for example, with a salad.
