Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a water bath or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring gently.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or top it with chocolate frosting if desired.
