A delightful and delicious white chocolate dessert, perfect for gatherings with friends or special occasions.

Ingredients:

- 200 g white chocolate
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl berries (e.g., strawberries or raspberries) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or carefully in the microwave.
2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
3. Separate the eggs, and beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until pale and creamy.
4. Mix the melted white chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
6. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold them into the batter.
7. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
8. Garnish with berries before serving.
