This delicious Raspberry Caramel Bake combines the tartness of fresh raspberries with a sweet caramel topping, all nestled in a crumbly oat and flour base. Perfect for dessert or a sweet treat with coffee!
Ingredients:
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl quick oats
- 150 g cold baking margarine
- 1 egg
- 400 g raspberries
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, quick oats, and cold baking margarine until the mixture resembles crumbs.
3. Add the egg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Spread the dough evenly in a greased baking dish, reserving some dough for the topping.
5. In another bowl, combine the raspberries with potato starch and sugar, then spread this mixture over the base.
6. Pour the cream and caramel sauce over the raspberries.
7. Crumble the reserved dough on top of the raspberries.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
