A delicious and hearty dish perfect for any occasion. This easy recipe takes just a little time to prepare.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground meat (beef or a mix)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to absorb.
2. Add the ground meat, chopped onion, egg, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into about 20 small meatballs.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for about 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve with mashed potatoes or pasta.
