Colorful Goat Cheese and Strawberry Galette for Spring Celebrations

Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made galette dough
- 200 g goat cheese
- 250 g fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- Fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (optional)
- Olive oil for baking
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Roll out the galette dough into a thin circle and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Spread the goat cheese evenly in the center of the galette.
4. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the goat cheese.
5. Drizzle honey over the strawberries and season with salt and pepper.
6. If desired, crack an egg into the center of the galette.
7. Fold the edges of the galette lightly over the filling.
8. Bake the galette in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
9. Remove the galette from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
10. Serve warm and enjoy the spring flavors!
