Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh bread
- 100 g goat cheese
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g arugula
Instructions:
1. Cut the bread into small pieces and lightly toast them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
2. Slice the avocado and squeeze lemon juice over the slices to prevent browning.
3. Spread goat cheese on the toasted bread and top with smoked salmon.
4. Add the avocado slices and sprinkle with fresh dill.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve the bite-sized treats on a plate with arugula.
