Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir well until the mixture is smooth.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gently fold the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until all ingredients are combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
