Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
3. Stir the sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until well combined.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt into the mixture. Gently mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but the center is still slightly gooey.
7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with vanilla ice cream.
