Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 1½ cups water
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1 cup feta cheese (cubed)
- 1½ cups shredded cheese
- Pitted olives
- Bell pepper strips
- Diced onion
- Ground black pepper
- Pizza seasoning
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Spread feta cheese, olives, diced onions, and bell pepper strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, ground black pepper, and pizza seasoning.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables on the baking sheet.
5. Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the omelet.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the omelet.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, until the omelet is set and the top is golden brown.
8. Allow the omelet to rest for a moment before serving.
