Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 0.5 dl cooking oil
- 50 g all-purpose flour
- 4 dl light cream or milk
- 0.5 tsp salt
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of black pepper (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly.
3. Add the cooking oil, flour, light cream (or milk), salt, and peppers. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Grease a baking dish lightly with oil and pour the batter into the dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the frittata is golden brown and set.
6. Allow to cool for a moment before serving. Cut into portions and enjoy!
