Ingredients
- 3 boiled potatoes - 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0.5 dl sour cream
- 10 eggs
- 0.5 dl grated cheese
- 300 g ham
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tsp finely chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit). 2. Peel and cube the boiled potatoes and onions. Mince the garlic.
3. Grease a baking dish.
4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and grated cheese.
5. Add the cubed potatoes, onions, minced garlic, ham, bell pepper, and parsley to the mixture. Stir well.
6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the omelette is set and the top is beautifully golden.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
