Ingredients:
- ½ onion
- Small amount of leftover meat or chicken
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons water
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
- Black pepper
- Chili to taste
- 1 tomato
- 1 avocado
- Sour cream
- Hot sauce (e.g., sriracha or tabasco)
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion and leftover meat or chicken into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add water and a pinch of salt. Whisk slightly more.
3. Heat oil in a skillet and sauté the onions for a moment.
4. Add the meat to the skillet and warm it up over medium heat.
5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and allow it to set slowly.
6. Grind black pepper over the top and sprinkle chili according to your taste.
7. Transfer the omelette to a plate, even if the top is not fully set.
8. Dice the tomato and avocado, and add them on top of the omelette.
9. Place small dollops of sour cream on top and add more black pepper.
10. Drizzle your desired amount of hot sauce over the omelette.
11. Chop fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over the omelette before serving. Enjoy!
