Ingredients:

- 6 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g frozen beans (thawed)
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano (optional)
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until soft.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the thawed beans to the pan and stir well. Sauté for a few minutes.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
6. Pour the egg mixture over the beans and onion in the frying pan. Stir gently to combine.
7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and transfer the pan to the oven.
8. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the omelette is set and the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
