A delicious baked omelette perfect for breakfast or a light lunch. Easy to prepare and great for various fillings.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 10 small eggs, free-range
- 2 dl cottage cheese
- 3 dl frozen or fresh peas
- 7 soft dried plums, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for greasing the baking dish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them lightly.
4. Add the cottage cheese to the eggs and mix until smooth.
5. Stir in the peas and chopped plums. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the omelette is set and the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
