Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet (about 300 g)- Juice of ½ lemon
- A piece of leek
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms
- 2 dl cooking cream or heavy cream
- Fresh dill
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and squeeze lemon juice over it.
3. Rinse and slice the leek into thin rings. Spread the leek over the fish.
4. Evenly distribute the sliced mushrooms over the salmon.
5. Pour the cooking cream or heavy cream over the fillet, ensuring all ingredients are covered.
6. Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
8. Serve warm with boiled potatoes or rice.
