A delightful mint chocolate cake perfect for celebrations and charity events. This cake combines the sweet flavor of chocolate with refreshing mint.

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 dl milk
- 1 tsp mint flavoring
- Powdered sugar for decoration

Instructions:

1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture, alternating with the milk.
5. Stir in the mint flavoring until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
8. Allow to cool before serving and dust with powdered sugar.
