Ingredients:
- 125 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar.
3. Add the egg and vanilla sugar, mixing well.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth dough forms.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
7. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
