Serving Size: 10 servings
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 200 grams sugar
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 200 grams all-purpose flour
Instructions:
1. Whisk the eggs and sugar together until well combined and fluffy.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Sift this dry mixture into the egg mixture and gently fold together with a wooden spatula.
3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the batter onto it, spreading it evenly.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for 5-7 minutes, or until the cake is set and lightly golden.
5. Turn the cake out onto a sheet of parchment paper dusted with sugar.
