A delicious fried vendace dish combined with a creamy tomato sauce, perfect for a weekend meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- Approximately 500 g vendace
- Sauce:
- 2 dl cream
- ½-1 dl ketchup or tomato puree
- ½-1 tsp salt
- White or lemon pepper
- Fresh dill (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the vendace thoroughly and pat them dry lightly.
2. Heat a splash of oil or butter in a pan and fry the vendace on both sides until they are beautifully golden brown.
3. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix the cream, ketchup or tomato puree, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the sauce over the fried vendace in the pan and let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes until the sauce is hot.
5. Serve the vendace dish with dill and enjoy!
