This delicious and slightly different pizza brings family ties closer and is a perfect choice for a weekend dinner.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 200 g tomato sauce
- 150 g mozzarella cheese
- 100 g ham, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced
- 100 g olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
2. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the tomato sauce.
4. Arrange the ham, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and olives on top of the cheese.
5. Season the pizza with oregano, salt, and pepper.
6. Bake the pizza in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
8. Cut into slices and enjoy!
