Ingredients

- 2 egg yolks
- 300 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ tsp vanilla sugar
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 100 g margarine
- 400 g rhubarb pieces
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1½ tbsp potato starch
- 100 g oatmeal

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, oatmeal, and baking powder.
3. In another bowl, whip the margarine, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and mix well.
4. Incorporate the egg yolks and vanilla sugar into the mixture, stirring until smooth.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until the batter is smooth.
6. Grease a pie dish and pour the batter into it.
7. Arrange the rhubarb pieces on top of the batter.
8. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
