A delicious and customizable Tex Mex tortilla filled with savory ingredients. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 can Tex Mex salsa
- 1 can pineapple chunks (in its juice)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch lettuce
- 200 g seasoned ground meat (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the seasoned ground meat in a pan until fully cooked.
2. Rinse and chop the cherry tomatoes and lettuce.
3. Warm the tortillas lightly on a skillet or in the microwave.
4. Place a warmed tortilla on a plate.
5. Add cooked ground meat (if using), salsa, pineapple chunks, cherry tomatoes, and lettuce on top.
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
7. Roll the tortilla tightly and enjoy!
