- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Marinade: Mix salt, sugar, and black pepper. Rub the mixture onto the salmon fillet and let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
2. Smoking Methods:
- Hot Smoking: Heat a smoker pan over medium heat. Add smoking chips and place the salmon on the pan. Smoke for about 20-30 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Cold Smoking: Place the salmon in a smoking box and use a cold smoker. Smoke for 4-6 hours until the fish reaches the desired flavor.
- Grill Smoking: Soak smoking chips in water for 30 minutes. Place the chips on the grill, set the salmon on the grate, and close the lid. Smoke for about 30-40 minutes.
