Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
