Tapenade

A savory olive spread perfect for appetizers or snacks. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the black olives and drain them well.
2. Place the olives, capers, and garlic in a food processor.
3. Blend the ingredients into a fine paste.
4. Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and blend until smooth.
5. Season with black pepper and salt. If desired, add fresh herbs.
6. Serve the tapenade with crispy pieces of baguette.
