Ingredients:

- 200 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g anchovies (optional)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the black olives. Remove pits if necessary.
2. Place the olives, capers, garlic, and anchovies (if using) into a food processor.
3. Blend the ingredients until finely chopped.
4. Gradually add the olive oil while blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
5. Season the tapenade with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs to taste.
6. Serve the tapenade with crusty pieces of baguette.
