Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 cup pitted black olives in brine
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, combine the pitted black olives, capers, and garlic cloves.
2. Add the anchovy fillets, olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. For best flavor, refrigerate the tapenade for at least 24 hours before serving.
4. Serve the tapenade with fresh whole grain baguette slices for dipping.
