Ingredients:
- 200 g black olives, pitted- 50 g capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.2. Blend until you reach your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).
3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
4. Serve the tapenade with fresh bread.
