A delicious olive tapenade perfect for spreading on bread or serving with appetizers.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g black olives
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 g anchovies (optional)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the olives and remove the pits.
2. Place the olives, capers, garlic, and anchovies (if using) in a food processor.
3. Blend the ingredients into a smooth paste.
4. Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Blend until well combined.
5. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
6. Serve the tapenade on top of baguette slices or with other breads.
