A delicious and savory olive tapenade that pairs perfectly with freshly sliced baguette.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette
- 70 g black olives
- Anchovy fillets, to taste
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 large bunch of basil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.
2. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
3. Taste and add freshly ground black pepper as needed.
4. Transfer the tapenade to a jar and let the flavors meld in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
5. Serve the tapenade with sliced baguette.
