Ingredients:

- 500 g fresh peas
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or basil) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat the butter in a pot and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the fresh peas and vegetable broth to the pot. Cook for about 10 minutes, until the peas are tender.
4. Blend the soup with an immersion blender or in a blender until smooth.
5. Stir in the cream and mix well. Heat the soup again, but do not boil.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
