Ingredients:
- 2 dl cream cheese
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Pour in the cream cheese and heavy cream. Mix well.
3. Add grated cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
4. Allow the mixture to bubble for a few minutes until it thickens.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
