A delicious and rich dish combining pork loin and a flavorful tuna sauce, perfect for special occasions. Preparation Time: 1.5 hours
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients
- pinch of black pepper - pinch of salt
- 1 onion
- 1.5 kg pork loin
- 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 carrot
- 1 teaspoon whole allspice
- capers to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
- piece of celery
- 1 egg
- 1 can tuna in oil
- 4 anchovy fillets
- about 100 ml olive oil
Instructions
1. Boil the pork loin with salt, allspice, bay leaves, onion, carrot, and celery for about 1 hour, until the meat is cooked. 2. Let the meat cool and slice it thinly.
3. Prepare the tuna sauce by blending tuna, anchovy fillets, egg, lemon juice, capers, and olive oil in a blender until smooth and creamy.
4. Arrange the meat slices on a serving platter and pour the tuna sauce over them.
5. Allow the dish to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
