A rich and decadent chocolate cake perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
5. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt into the mixture. Gently fold until all ingredients are well combined.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is firm at the edges but slightly soft in the center.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. You can dust it with powdered sugar or serve it with whipped cream if desired.
