A delightful summer salad roll filled with pesto-seasoned tofu. These rolls are a delicious and refreshing option for summer days!

Ingredients:

- 1 package of tofu
- 4 tablespoons of pesto
- 8 Cosmopolitan salad leaves
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Prepare the tofu: Drain the tofu and press out excess moisture. Cut the tofu into cubes and sauté in a pan until golden brown.
2. Mix the sautéed tofu with pesto and season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3. Rinse the Cosmopolitan salad leaves and choose intact leaves for rolling.
4. Slice the cucumber, red bell pepper, and avocado into thin strips.
5. Take one salad leaf and place a spoonful of pesto-seasoned tofu and some vegetable strips in the center.
6. Roll the salad leaf tightly and serve immediately.
