Ingredients:
- 800 g chicken breast fillets- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 50 ml fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.2. Add the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Place the chicken breast fillets in the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides.
4. In a bowl, mix together the cream, chicken broth, mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
5. Let the dish simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly.
6. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley on top.
