A delicious twist on pizza featuring a hearty meat topping and fresh ingredients.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 dl rye flour
- 2 dl wheat flour
- 2 dl water (42°C)
- 2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g tirripaisti (a type of meat)
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2-3 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
- Chanterelle cream cheese
- Vintage cheddar cheese
- Rouskuva salad for topping
Instructions:
1. Prepare the tirripaisti and partially boil the potato slices until they are just tender.
2. In a bowl, mix the dry yeast with the 42°C water. Add rye flour, wheat flour, and salt, then knead until the dough is elastic.
3. Incorporate the oil and knead for an additional moment. Place the dough in a warm, draft-free area to rise for about 1 hour.
4. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll them out into pizza bases using flour. Transfer the bases onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Spread the chanterelle cream cheese evenly over the base. Lay the potato slices on top.
6. Season the tirripaisti with taco seasoning and layer it on the pizza. Generously sprinkle with vintage cheddar cheese.
7. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 250°C for approximately 10 minutes.
8. Allow the pizza to cool slightly, then top with Rouskuva salad before serving. Enjoy!
