Delicious whisky ribs are the perfect choice for grilling or baking. They combine smoky and sweet flavors that will charm everyone. Preparation Time: 2 hours

Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork ribs - 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 100 ml whisky
- 100 ml BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F) or prepare the grill over medium heat. 2. In a bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
4. Place the ribs on a baking tray or on the grill, and cover with foil.
5. Bake or grill for 1.5 hours, until the meat is tender.
6. In a separate bowl, combine the whisky, BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
7. Remove the ribs from the oven or grill, take off the foil, and brush the ribs with the prepared sauce.
8. Cook without the foil for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the surface is beautifully caramelized.
9. Allow the ribs to rest for a few moments before serving.
