Ingredients:
- 400 g potatoes - 250 g carrots
- 200 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 300 g beef (stew or roast cuts)
- 1 onion
- 2 dl beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes until tender.2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion in butter in a large skillet until golden.
3. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until it is nicely browned.
4. Stir in the cooked potatoes, carrots, and peas into the beef mixture. Mix well.
5. Pour the beef broth into the mixture and let it simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
