A delicious mushroom pasta dish that's easy to prepare and perfect for two servings. If you forage for porcini mushrooms yourself, you can enjoy this meal at a low cost! Preparation Time: 30 min

Ingredients
- 5-7 dl cleaned, diced porcini mushrooms - 1-2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- A small bunch of chives
- Butter and olive oil
- 1.5 dl cream (preferably Valio three cheese cream or a mix of cream and grated cheese)
- Seasonings: salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper mix
- Pasta or spaghetti (for two servings)
Instructions
1. Heat a pan with a bit of butter and olive oil. 2. Peel and chop the onions, then add them to the pan.
3. Add the diced porcini mushrooms to the pan and sauté until the moisture evaporates.
4. Add the minced garlic and stir.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper mix. Let it simmer on low heat.
6. Cook the pasta or spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the mushroom mixture and mix well.
