Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- About 200 g broccoli (1 small head or half a larger one)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- A handful of dried porcini mushrooms
- 200 g (1 container) plain cream cheese
- 1-2 dl mushroom soaking liquid
- Juice of 1/2 lemon and zest of 1/4 lemon
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 250 g whole grain pasta

Instructions:
1. Soak and drain the porcini mushrooms, reserving the soaking liquid. Chop the onion and garlic, and cut the broccoli into small pieces, slicing the stems thinly.
2. Sauté the broccoli and onion in a medium heat pan.
3. Boil water for pasta and cook according to package instructions, but drain about three minutes before it's done.
4. Add the porcini mushrooms to the pan with the broccoli and onions and continue to sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Stir in the lemon zest, juice, and cream cheese, thinning the sauce with the mushroom soaking liquid.
6. Add the partially cooked pasta to the pan and cook until al dente, adding more mushroom liquid if necessary.
7. Grate Parmesan on top and serve immediately.
