Ingredients:

- 300 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 250 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or tagliatelle)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve some cooking water.
2. Clean the porcini mushrooms and slice them.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a moment.
4. Add the sliced porcini mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and stir. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta with the mushroom sauce. Add some reserved cooking water if needed for a pleasant consistency.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Serve garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
